how to get convocation certificate?
procedure.
1.approach the university to which your college is affiliated.
2 get an application which costs Rs.10/- and fill the data.
3 required documents
I..photostat copies of
a.ssc,
b.intermediate marks.
c.degree provisional certificate.
d.consolidated marks sheet.
e.3 passport size photos.
f.any ID proof like driving license or voter id card.
II.
the demand draft amount will be 500Rs.for degree and 300Rs.for PG.
and tick an option to receive either by post or by hand,while submitting in the counter.
the counterfoil will be having the date on which the certificate will be issued.(normally one month).
NOTE.1.separate application to be submitted for each certificate.
2.pay Rs.500/- extra by DD for urgent receipt of the certificate.
